Every member of staff was friendly and pleased to help. They clearly enjoy their jobs and professions.
Shyam explained what he was going to do, when and why. My prescription was explained and I was advised on every aspect of my eye health. A very thorough consultation.
Tam was extremely helpful in helping me choose my frames and again explained everything she was doing and why. A collection date was made and the whole experience was joined up and seamless. That is what I call collaborative working. Well done to the Team at Boots Interchange Bedford. Keep doing what you are doing. 10/10 for one of the most professional teams I have been treated by. You are a credit to your Profession, Professional Bodies and Boots.
